Loading is a key link affecting the safety of goods. In order to avoid damage to the dinosaur models caused by improper manual handling, we adopt a loading mode assisted by multiple professional tools. First, we will use a gantry crane to lift the packaged dinosaur models and move them to the shipping container.  Finally, a forklift will be used to push the dinosaur models into the container. The entire loading process needs to be carefully planned according to the size of each dinosaur model to ensure all items fit and to minimize costs for the customer.

Sponge Cushioning After Loading: Comprehensive Protection for Long-Distance Transportation

After all the packaged dinosaur models are loaded into the container, we will carry out the final cushioning and fixing work to deal with the possible jolts and vibrations during the long-distance transportation to Brazil. We cut high-density sponge into appropriate sizes according to the gap between dinosaurs and the container wall, and fully fill these gaps with sponge. The sponge has excellent elasticity and shock absorption performance, which can effectively absorb the impact force generated during transportation and prevent the cartons from colliding with each other. At the same time, we will also use high-strength strapping belts to fix the cartons on the container floor to ensure that the cartons do not shift even in the case of severe jolts. In addition, we will place a layer of sponge on the top of the cartons to prevent the goods from being pressed and deformed due to the stacking of other goods (if any) during transportation.
