A master welder welds the basic skeleton according to the product’s shape and also works on the mechanical transmission system— a vital step for the scooter’s structural stability and movement capabilities.
3. Circuit Installation
An electrical engineer installs and tests the circuit to ensure the animatronic features (such as simulated dinosaur motions or LED effects) operate smoothly.
4. Wrap with Sponge
This step adds padding to the metal skeleton, shaping the dinosaur’s body base and ensuring rider comfort.
5.Wrap with 3D printed fabric
The skin made from 3D printed fabric is more durable.
6.Spray Color
A professional spray painter applies colors according to the effect drawing to replicate dinosaurs’ vibrant hues, making the

7.Assembly accessories:
Install the eyes, handle, pedal, flashing light and other accessories.
